Returns
- Before making a returns request please make a note of the following:
- Pieces in the Bloom collection are handcrafted and as a result may have slight variations to its photos on the website
- Some pieces in the Flow collection are hand filed/engraved and as a result may have slight variations to its photos on the website
- All pieces are quality checked before they are shipped
- We will accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item(s): If the item sent is different from the one in the order confirmation
- Damaged Item(s): If the item sent is damaged
Provided that the item(s) returned are unworn, in the same condition they were received, and have the original packaging intact.
- Steps to follow for return in case of Incorrect Item(s):
- Please get in touch with us using the Contact tab on our website with the subject “Returns Request – Incorrect Item(s)” citing your order confirmation number and attaching proof of different item (photo) within 3 (three) days of receiving your order
- Upon receiving your return request, we will review the order confirmation and proof sent by you
- If we find that a different item(s) to the one in the order confirmation was sent by us, we will offer to have the item(s) collected from you, and send the correct item at the earliest, using our stated shipping method, at our own cost
- Steps to follow for return in case of Damaged Item(s):
- Please get in touch with us using the Contact tab on our website with the subject “Returns Request – Damaged Item(s)” citing your order confirmation number and proof of damaged item (photo) within 3 (three) days of receiving your order
- Upon receiving your return request, we will review the order confirmation and proof sent by you
- If we find that a damaged item(s) was sent by us, we will offer to have the damaged item(s) collected from you, and send a replacement at the earliest, using our stated shipping method, at our own cost
- If you don’t wish to receive a replacement for the damaged item(s), let us know of this in your return request, in which case we will refund you the amount of the damaged item(s) in store credit instead
- We will not accept returns if:
- The return request is not received within the timeframe provided above in C (i) and D (i)
- You have not provided the required information and proof under C (ii) and D (ii)
- Upon review we find that the item is not incorrect or damaged (please note that our findings under C (iii) and D (iii) shall be conclusive)
No other type of refund, except for the ones stated above, in the manner provided above, shall be made.
Exchanges
Please note that we are a new brand with small team just starting out and therefore do not have the logistical means to offer exchanges at this stage. We do hope to offer this in the future as soon as we have the means for it. Watch this space for any updates regarding this.
